Logicom Solutions Ltd, formerly known as eNet Solutions Ltd (eNet) and before that as Solatherm Electro Telecoms Ltd (SET), was established in 1976. In April 2000, the share capital of eNet Solutions Ltd was fully acquired by Logicom Public Ltd.

For a more effective and efficient utilization of Logicom services resources with the aim of improving/enhancing the services provided to its customers, Logicom Public Ltd merged the operations of the IT Solutions and Services Divisions, represented by eNet Solutions Ltd and DAP Noesis Business Solutions Ltd.  The merged operations have been undertaken as from 1^st January 2009 by eNet Solutions Ltd, which has changed its name to Logicom Solutions Ltd as from 30 January 2009.

The company is the only CISCO Silver Partner in Cyprus and has been ISO 9001:2000 certified since February 2004.
